INSTANTStar
In Instant Systems we conduct two INSTANTStar reviews twice a year at a set period instead of depending on individual product team’s product release dates.One happens during Mar to May and the other takes place from Sep to Dec. During one of the INSTANTStar rounds, the employee’s CTC is reviewed and adjusted for the next-year pro-rated based on his/her joining date.
In INSTANTStar feedback comes from members of an employee’s immediate work circle. Most often, the feedback will include direct feedback from an employee’s subordinates, peers, and supervisor(s), as well as a self-evaluation. It can also include, in some cases, feedback from external sources, such as customers and suppliers or other interested stakeholders.
